What is the Notice for Public Comment (NOPC)?

The Notice for Public Comment is an opportunity for the members of the public to comment on proposed changes in interpretive rules and general statements of policy and to give notice of the proposed changes no less than 30 days before such changes become effective.

What is ANA changing?

ANA’s Social and Economic Development Strategies (SEDS) and SEDS-Alaska (SEDSAK) Notice of Funding Opportunities (NOFOs) will be replaced by the EAGLE and Ai3 Action Institute NOFOs.
