ANA Guidance from Planning to Grant Management

We provide training and individualized technical assistance to organizations seeking and managing ANA funding. Our services are designed to support organizations at every stage — from early planning through post-award implementation — while strengthening organizational capacity and alignment with ANA requirements.

General Questions

Assistance with ANA funding opportunities, eligibility, program requirements, and available resources.

Planning and Project

Guidance on developing community-based ideas, identifying needs, and strengthening project concepts aligned with ANA priorities.

Pre-Application Support

Individualized assistance for organizations preparing ANA applications, including guidance on application components, responsiveness to NOFO criteria, and draft review (for applications that are substantially complete).

Post-Award Support

Assistance for ANA recipients with grant implementation, including reporting requirements, budget modifications, amendments, and overall grant management.

Developing a Project

No matter what your expertise level, we are always ready to help you develop the capacity you need to start solving your community’s problems. We can help you start a nonprofit, creating a project plan, understand Federal cost principles, and much more.

Reviewing Draft Grant Applications

If your grant application is more than 75% complete, send it to our office for a thorough review and recommendations. You can even schedule a follow-up, face-to-face meeting in our office.

On-Site Assistance

Existing grantees needing help with an ongoing ANA-funded project may request Pacific TTA Center assistance via their Program Specialists. We will visit your project site and help you with any issues you may be experiencing before they become actual problems.
