How to Apply to Become a Panel Reviewer

If you are interested in serving on a future review panel, you will need to complete a Reviewer Profile. Please note that if you already have a profile within RRM with another agency, you must complete a new profile for ANA. All completed profiles will receive updates and confirmation requests as soon as dates for panel review have become official.

  1. Thoroughly read through the roles and responsibilities of a panel reviewer.

  2. Create your account in the ANA Reviewer Recruitment Module

  3. Once you’ve created your account, you will be instructed to log back into GrantSolutions.gov

    • First, you’ll receive an email with your username from GrantSolutions.gov.
    • Next, you’ll receive another email with your password from GrantSolutions.gov.
    • Once you receive both emails, access the link that was provided in the email above and login using the temporary credentials provided to you.
  4. Two Factor Authentication – New User

    • After you’ve logged in, you’ll be asked to create a two factor authentication for your account.
    • Once you’ve completed this step, press submit.
  5. Update your password

    • You’ll be asked to type in the temporary password sent to your email (mentioned above) and create a new one for this account.
  6. Login using your username and updated password

  7. Use the screenshot below to ensure you’re in the right place.

  8. Now that you’re in the right place. Select RRM in the top corner from the RRM drop down menu.

  9. Fill out the three required sections to complete your panel reviewer profile

    • First, you’ll need to select the expertise field you specialize in.
    • Second, you’ll need to fill out the profile questionnaire from ANA.
    • Third, you’ll need to upload your resume (.pdf, .doc. and .docx files only).
  10. Once all three status columns have the green complete checkmark, you’re all set!
